Robert Schumann was Influenced to further his career In music by his teacher Frederica Wick. A factor that contributed to Schumann compositions was the fact hat he suffered from a mental disorder, and through the Plano he was able to express himself. The rhythm of the piece went from slow to fast and back to slow during all of the movements, it made the atmosphere feel as if people should be dancing along to his performance. The tonality was intense due to the rhythm, it had a bright, mellow, and dark tone depending on how fast the musician was playing the keys. Leopold was very professional overall, and he paused for a few seconds in between each pavement so it was possible for the audience to distinguish that he was about to move on. Overall, I enjoyed all of the student performances.
