Although multitasking has been socially acceptable since the 1990s, it has recently been found as a subject for study by many psychologists around the world. Studies are being conducted to test the human brain to see if it can actually perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Multitasking has a positive side as well as a negative side to it. Being productive while working on multiple things at once can be a positive, however texting while driving can be one of the most dangerous actions in our world today.
Multitasking has become a part of my everyday life, and has added a sense of productivity to my boring school days. Every morning I brush my teeth while I shower, I do multiple subjects of homework simultaneously at night, and I am currently listening to music as I compose this essay.
