This approach is effective because it define the scope of the project and gives the basis for planning and control, that is, how then to plan and supervise product delivery, bring together people and activities, and what to do if products and therefore the scope of the project has to be ttuned if it does not build up as planned (Harold 2003).

As far as implementation cost is concerned, the company will not have to incur a lot of cost. This is because a strategic alliance is a Joint effort by two or more companies linked together in the supply chain to reduce the total cost of acquisition, possession and disposal of goods and services for the benefit of all parties Conclusion In conclusion I must reiterate the fact that the company is doing well as far as internal and external environment is concerned and that the company has several nternal and external strengths than weaknesses.
