While some people think that in online classes students will have difficulties to interact with teachers, the reality is that many online courses offer great access to faculty. Shy students will find easier to ask questions and to participate on the course discussions. On the other hand, the main disadvantaged of online courses is the lack of supervision.

Students need to be self-disciplined and motivated, not being the best option for those learners with difficulties assuming responsibilities. It is important to highlight that students with poor Internet skills will find difficult to do well with online courses. Another disadvantaged is the limited face-to-face interaction. Many students can found online learning too impersonal. In conclusion, it is true that online learning can be suitable for a wide range of people, but it is not suitable for everyone. Before enrolling in online courses, it is better to check if your personal skills suits with this type of learning.
