English comp II Jenna Fussell July 4, 2010 Research Proposal As a student pursuing a degree in Health Care Administration with plans to work in Organizational Behavior, which is the understanding and utilization of knowledge on how individuals and groups interact in organizations. It covers a wide range of topics such as human behavior, culture, diversity, communication, change, leadership and teams. When a company is thinking of implementing Organizational Behavior principals in its sites, it would need to consider a lot of factors, lots of research would need to be conducted on a lot of things that will determine which principals would need to be implemented in the ompany.
