US Foodservice works with Oracle team on the front end to map as close to an integrated business solution as possible. In 2009 when the economy was sinking US Foodservice gained their highest market share in terms of account growth.

This proved that their use of and teamwork with Oracle CRM aided in the success! They also are able to use the Oracle CRM as a tool to track their sales leads. Before they didn’t have a handle on where they’re sales people were going and how many were producing sales. With the Oracle CRM tool, they tracked the leads to sales and sales to revenue.
