War for Liberty is Justified

4 April 2015
An examination of human rights and aspects of justice.

This paper examines the human rights of protection and the guarantee of a nation to be ruled fairly and justly. The author examines the writings of Thomas Paine who discusses a nation’s right to go to war in case of survival. The author looks at the history of Great Britain and how the monarchy was run in the past and is run in the present.
The English Monarchy can no longer be tolerated, as it does not act in the best interest of the American colonies. A ruler that refuses to take into account the needs of the nation must be over thrown and when Thomas Paine states that we have no option but to go to war in order to gain our freedom I must agree with him. For the survival of our nation depends on it.
